Neurologist was consulted for left ptosis and diplopia. Left cavernous sinus lesion suspected due to NPC local infiltration was suspected. The involved CN included CN3,4, 5-1 and partial 6 was noted. After consulting neuroradiologist, left cavernous sinus invasion was confirmed. His diplopia improved after oxaliplatin+HDFL.
